Shipping policy

At HEREN, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation.

We offer two shipping options at checkout. Our standard shipping is free and has an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 business days. We also offer an express shipping option at an additional cost, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier and external factors such as customs or high demand periods. HEREN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
