Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@useheren.com with your order details. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union 14 Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. This applies only to unopened products in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
